Arch doesn't like the new road signs

Arch Moore apparently doesn't think the new "Open for Business" road signs will resonate with corporations.

"I thought ever since Lincoln we were open for business," Arch said.

This is a strange comment since Arch supposedly had a sign on his desk at the Capitol that said "open for business."

Or maybe it was just that he was open for business.
